- Illegal content, notification and removal
The User is prohibited from publishing content of any nature whatsoever that would contravene the law or a provision contained in these Terms of Use and that would be likely to glorify crimes against humanity, incite racial hatred or child pornography or violence or offend human dignity or which would be protected by copyright, trade secret or any other intellectual property right belonging to third parties or which would violate the right to privacy and / or right to image of a third party.
The User remains solely responsible for the content he/she generates. The posting of content by the User does not in any way mean that Hôtel de l’Océan approves said content. Hôtel de l’Océan does not carry out any prior checks on the content generated by the User.
